I’m going to take the toon up to Causey today and any ideas on what to use or where to fish would be appreciated. I don’t have a fish finder for it yet. I do have a motor though so I can get around ok.
IMHO Causey has lost a lot of its fish. I used to go ice fishing up there and have a blast! Last couple years has been very unproductive. I dunno if they got use to my presentation or just less fish. I would think about somewhere else to go. But again just my 2 cents[:)]

If you fish near the dam look for bushes that are either hanging over the water or are near the water, troll close to the shore with a green or brown Panther Martin. If you go back in the right hand fork through the narrows to the inlet and fish with a worm under a bobber or on the bottom about 50 yards from the inlet you can do good for some nice cuttbows, good luck.
