I learned tonight that there are some HUGE bass in this pond…
I guess I gotta go hunt them down!
IF I can work things out Saturday evening, the Fishin’ Dept. Mgr at the local Gander Mountain said I can hop on his boat up at his cabin. It’s on a small lake but, according to him, there’s plenty of 17" to 24" largemouth bass in there.
oh man.. now THAT is a sweet deal!!!

I went out today and must have caught 20 bass, larg and small mouth. biggest one was only 12 inches.
I fished the same place yesterday and caught a 19 inch hammer handle (undersized northern pike) and again I got my finger caught in his mouth, I blead good too. no stiches, just a 1/4 inch scar.
for some reason I cant seem to keep my fingers out of the pike’s mouths.[pirate]
I will have to slide on down the board to check out the tie story[;)]
