Pretty sure it’s for walleye but have no clue how old or what it’s called

I’ll have to say that I’ve never seen anything quite like it. Kinda strange how it attaches to your line sideways. I do agree that it looks like a walleye would eat it.
Looks like a “Lindy” lure, the heavy shaft above the hook is supposed to prevent bottom snags, and yes it is a walleye lure,
where’d you find it.
Almost resembles a spinner bait, most likely used for bottom bouncing.
Belongs to a friend on another web sight. I will have to ask lindy maybe because in there regular listings it’s not shown.
I thought I had seen most of the lures out there but I can’t say I have seen that one? I’ll be interested to know the answer once someone recognizes it!

What you have there is a spinnerbait w/o the stiff wire. They have taken a standard jig w/skirt, attached a flexable cable, covered with surg tubing, put a small spinner in the middle, along w/ the line tie, and then the larger blade on the other end of the cable. My guess is that when you pull it through the water, it works just like a regular wire spinner bait, just flexiable. Interesting design.
