My buddy and I attempted to prefish for an upcoming tourney Friday. Water temps were somewhere between 34-36 degrees. My buddy cranked up the big Mercury and heard a weird noise. Turns out that noise was the motor noise vibrating off the ice. Yep, I said ice. My buddy whose a Florida native said he's never seen ice on a lake in Florida before. Anyway, we fished to no avail. The only action we saw were duck hunters that had abandoned ship and trying to retrieve their sinking boat. Guess I brought a piece of North Alabama with me down here. Here's a pic of the Florida Tundra…

http://i69.photobucket.com/albums/i67/cadillac74/Icewater.jpg
