well guys and gals was thinkin that after the first lookin at about the 5th 6th we should do a burbot bash but I sure as heck aint drivein to fire hole for a bucket of little burbot I was thinkin lost dog maybe the confluence if we get any ice the ice @lost dog is still sketchy so it will be a wait and see but thinkin of an all nighter that should get some burbot on the ice any thoughts about doin this would be great I think it would be funn and educational for some but we a re burbot fishin not mac fishin so forget about it lol ash

I’ll have to see what my work schedule is going to be like and what my partner want’s to do that weekend. I think he and Aarron are coming up next weekend so I don’t know if he’d be up for two Gorge trips in two weeks.

ya i talked to him yesterday and thay are comein up the 27th i think the cool thing will be using the 4 tip ups along side your 2 rods after the 1st of the yr i tryed mine last night just a 1/4 glow jig with some bad minnows and caught as many as I wanted to deal with ash

Sounds like a good idea. I’ve never caught a burbot before and I’ve never ice fished the Gorge. Say jump and I’ll do my best to be there. Maybe I could could get someone to split gas with me in the wifes’ Outback. (Cheap on gas)

crawler had his wheeler on the lce last night the burbot fishin was slow but i think the full moon has some thing to do with that thay dont feed as hard or some things do becouse of the lighting but ya you can use ur wheelers ash
