Jitterbugs are awesome at night! i love not being able to see anything, hearing the splash, feeling the tug then setting the hook.
I always seem to have luck over deep water with top water plugs. As long as you have a little chop and clear water it seems to work day and night for me.
Great fish. We’ve only fished a few times at night and not much luck. Arizona one time the bite was on - maybe we need to give it a few more chances. Looks like fun!
