Road to marina halfway in was clean to pavement and the other half was mostly clear.
Ramp was bare. Access on and off of the ice was solid
About 4 inches of moist snow on top of 10+ inches of solid ice. No slush. Easy travel even for a 2x4 ATV.
Saw a snowmobile and a ATV go around Haws on the ice.
Fishing was good. White tubes and pink/white tipped with a wax worm was the ticket for us. We were in 20 ft and caught them between 12 to 20 ft. Just slot cuts but they were fat.
Even with overcast skies and intermittent light snow showers there wasn’t even a breeze. Felt like late March weather.
