Had a trip planned to fish Bear Lake tomorrow and just got notified that the guy I was going to go fishing with has to cancel. If anyone would like to join me please send me a PM.
With me giving short notice, I figured my odds of finding someone able to go was remote and I figured correctly. For safety reasons I don’t like to take my boat out alone, especially when the water is on the cold side, so I will stay home and work on some tax returns[frown] and likely make a bait run today or perhaps tomorrow.
Being newly retired, I am still looking for additional fellow anglers, especially those who can fish during the week. If anyone would like to be added to my fishing-buddy list please send me a PM. This year, from my boat, I will be targeting trout (from rainbows to macks), bass, catfish, sturgeon, crappie and who knows what else. Some places I plan to fish are Bear Lake, Willard Bay, Utah Lake, Jordanelle, Electric Lake, Snake River (for sturgeon), Strawberry, Pineview, and perhaps Fish Lake and Henrys Lake (in Idaho).

To bad no one took you up on thE offer. I have only fished bear lake once with no luck. I wold like to go with someone that knows where and how to fish. I am off during the week most of the time. Let me know when you want to go again and we will see if I can make it work.
