Bear Lake Ice report

Finally Got boat put together. I have a place at Bear Lake and they have been on the water all winter. Drive up last weekend froze over. Any current launching conditions would be appreciated. Thanks

Wiperslayer and I drove up today and it is still frozen for the most part, you might be able to launch a small boat at the First point launch but you would have to go over some ice to get to the water. For the rest of the lake, there is no way.

I fished it Thursday (headed out from The Ladders) and found zero slush.

Thanks for the update. Probably try the chicken creek area in the morning and see how it goes.

I took a group there yesterday and found zero slush and the ice to be 21 inches.  If you get off the beatin path, the snow can be tough to walk in.  Snowmobile gets around just fine.
