Big Cottonwood River - Arrived at 6:30pm and fished till 8:50pm. I started with the usual brown slimer guests but to my surprise I landed my 2nd brookie out of a river. Glad to see them again and all 11 fish today were released. Lost around 5 fish and had lots of bites. They don’t seem as spooky near dark as they were in the mid day last week. I was using a Gold Blue Fox size #0. Still searching for the rainbow trout in that river!
Ahh the elusive brook trout has been caught again!
