Just had a friend ask if you could ice fish Currant Creek. I don’t think I have ever looked into that.

You can certainly ice fish Currant Creek. They plow the road up to the dam but you will need a snow machine or lots of stamina to get to the upper reaches of the res. The times I did ice fish it a few years back I caught lots of fish but the size was dissapointing. Mostly 15-17 inch skinny cutthroats. There is a large fish caught occasionally from there though.
