I was wondering how the fishing was up there lately?[fishin]
made it up there last week. did some trolling. caught plenty of rainbows. nothing of any great size, all 12-17 inch length. caught em on all kind of things. pop gear and worm being the best but flatfish ( all colors), triple teasers, jakes lures all worked as well. I started throwing out all kind of things from the tackle box just to see what all i could catch em on.they were down anywhere from 20 - 35 ft cuaght on downrigger and leaded line 3 - 5 colors. fun day
Yeah I was fishing up there last week also. Fished for about 3 hours. In those 3 hours, caught 6 rainbows, and something else (bass or crappie not sure). The bows were between 14-16" range. Missed abunch of other bites. Trolling popgear/worm combo. About 3-4 colors out. I was fishing on the south end of the lake.
Any anchor worms on the fish ???
of all the fish we caught we didnt see any yet.
Thanks for the info fellas me and my wife went out there yesterday and I forgot to check your input but we went out there and only caught a couple bows on silver pop gear and worm. Although I dont have a leaded line trolling pole, so our lines werent as deep down as you guys suggested. but I plan on going back out soon.[;)]
