Heading out for a mid morning/ afternoon trip. Just wondering if anyone has any general info about the bite? If not, I’ll post when I get back.

We have a tournament going out of blacks ands. I’m in a silver and red champion. Wave if you see me I’ll keep an I eye for you.

Thanks for getting back to me, even though I didn’t see it. Fished the narrows, did well on crappie and a few perch. Didn’t attempt to target bass but my buddy caught a few respectable bass on crappie jigs. Good luck in the morning!

I am up here on base for the week I am going to attempt CJ from the shore tomorrow. Hope I have the same luck. Thanks for your report.

Get a Big rod and some weight. And, try some Sturgeon fishing below C.J. If the winds not blowing at C.J. Your in the wrong place.

Best of luck, I didn’t notice if the shore fisherman were having much success, but we found that a very slow retrieve was the ticket for the fish yesterday. would catch fish sparingly letting it sink and jigging, but fishing was consistent with a slow retrieve. Hope you find them.

I fished on Sunday, nice day on the water. I caught a few decent crappie and some perch out in the narrows. Caught about 20 bass with two being over 16". Bass was pretty slow after the heavy winds on Sat.
