Made the trip down there last Saturday with RickSeevers. We managed 3 keeper eyes, snagged and released 3 others, and lost 3 or 4 more on the way to the boat. Was a slow day. All fish came in about 36-38’ of water, with one around 60’! Going to give it another shot tomorrow. We’ll see.
Hit it again this past saturday. We caught and released over 40 'eyes, taking home 8. All in the same depth column, on live bait and blade baits.
that was a fun day.even though most were just shy of keeper size,a 40 fish day is a great day to me.especially when i saw only 2 fish caught by 2 other boats in the area.

Hopefully the weather holds out this weekend. Would like to try it again if possible.
