Caught this bad boy at Utah Lake. I measured it at 30.5 but I will defer to the judges. [
*Dang that is a toad way to go, the tape measure confuses things and your card blocks a measurement off the bump board which I like a lot. (The bump board) Anyway I think with a better picture it would have been 31, but I can only see the 30.5 you requested. Put the tape on the board alone and post a picture so I can certify that board.
