I heard the new license combines both freshwater and saltwater if true is bs. You should have a choice.:angry:

It may include it but it is not specific. The ocean enhancement stamp is still available for purchase. Why would that be if it was all inclusive?? Sounds kind of wierd to me also. Thanks for voiceing your opinion.
