Based on my dealings with NRS, I bet that is a really fine boat. That said, why did they have to beat the crap out of it with the ugly stick?

Hmmmmmmmmmm.........
Looks good but for that kinda $$$ I would just
get Dave Scaden boat.

Thank you for sharing.

Peter

I have seen it in person, I am totally with you Peter. It may not have a frame, but the OAR MOUNTS stick way out and are like PVC or something. Hard plates at any rate.
Looks too busy to me.,.....LOL

I now have one of the frameless NFO's...and no wet seat at all. We are talking about 5" to 6" air chamber under the seat plus mounted high on the tubes.

Yes, but this is the first time to see a frameless that keeps your butt well out of the splash zone- for those that don't use waders. It does look heavy and big to pack down, and ugly, though.

It probably has a niche somewhere, but I fish moving water (up to a class III) and I'll stick with the rigidity/stability of a metal frame.[Wink]

Agree with you there Peter. With the Scadden boats, I wear hippers. Full waders only in winter weather just to keep the boys warm.[laugh][reply][reply][/reply][/reply]
