It may not have a frame, but the OAR MOUNTS stick way out and are like PVC or something. Hard plates at any rate. Looks too busy to me.,.....LOL I now have one of the frameless NFO's...and no wet seat at all. We are talking about 5" to 6" air chamber under the seat plus mounted high on the tubes.
