It has the black strip on the fins -- look at the anal fin.
It also has the blue halos around the spots.
As some have already said, it is a splake. They can certainly be very confusing at times, and this particular fish was certainly a fish that could have
many anglers. It's always good to use multiple characteristics to distinguish the fish -- such as stocking records, spotting, coloration, tails characteristics, size, shape, etc.
