Anyone been to Yuba lately?

Even with the hot temps last year the fishing was still good.... I have no idea what's happened this year, the waters way low but even when the water was up in the spring this year there still weren't nearly as many fish as the year before up in shallow and same with early summer.... There are still fish to be had but it ain't as easy as it was. There are going to be many disappointed anglers who head down there with the dwr hype and same with this winter.
