We got out and fished magic today. It pretty much rained all day but the fishing was pretty good caught tons of little perch and fishing for trout was slow i think we managed 4 or 5. Only one real nice one. Ice was around 15 inches thick but edges were open in most places and you had to hop out to the ice. there was a pretty good slush layer and lots of water. the ramp leading down from west magic was a sloppy mess and if it would have been another 25 feet longer i would have had to get a better run to get out.

I was pretty proud of my daughter today her fishing ability has really grown. I could have not even caught a fish and had a blast just watching her [cool] she caught 59 perch all by herself i got a little of her on the go pro http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ykGng4sSdc0
