Awesome. I love panfish. I know some folks like their big trophies, but lots of active aggressive bites on light tackle - those tall bodied suckers can really give ya a run!

Not to mention some nice-white-flaky-fillets!

So where's the beer-batter recipe? I've got some I've tried - have to dig a bit...
