Got my pontoon out to a local pond this morning. felt good to get the old boat out again. Fished heavy heavy cover for crappie and gills. I ended up with 15 keeper crappie and 3 bluegill from 5am to 10am. the crappie were very healthy and big. I found all of them up in the shade deep in the trees. All were caught on Yamamoto panfish grubs in pearl or avocado with red flake rigged on a 1/16 jig head. I didn't get any pictures on the water but I do have one of the finished product.
