Welcome aboard. This forum is full of great people and excellent info. There are a couple lakes up by PaliSades. I haven't hiked to them yet, but I plan on it. A couple of my friends have and they say that they are about 5 and 10 miles in. They also say they are good fishing and a beautiful hike. Derick
