Snowshoe hares?

try shake and bake, and the little ones can help!<br>you can treat heir like beef, chicken, pork any resipie you use with those will work well.<br><br>I have had rabit just about any you want to cook it, and only had a few not so plesant experience.<br> the first had to do with the age of the bunny, a little tough- remember to par boil or presure cook if your animal is old.<br> the other is the ocational lead pellet, you might want to dig a little befor you cook. it wont hurt the animal any.<br><br>you might want to try an omlett, some fresh veggies turned once or twice in the pan after browning the bunny then add your eggs. (one med. hopper will feed 4-6 people)<br> my choice of veggies are;<br>onions<br>brochlie<br>green beans<br>garlic<br><br>use your favorite veggies change it around and youll never get bored with those long ears.<br><br>
