try shake and bake, and the little ones can help!
you can treat heir like beef, chicken, pork any resipie you use with those will work well.

I have had rabit just about any you want to cook it, and only had a few not so plesant experience.
the first had to do with the age of the bunny, a little tough- remember to par boil or presure cook if your animal is old.
the other is the ocational lead pellet, you might want to dig a little befor you cook. it wont hurt the animal any.

you might want to try an omlett, some fresh veggies turned once or twice in the pan after browning the bunny then add your eggs. (one med. hopper will feed 4-6 people)
my choice of veggies are;
onions
brochlie
green beans
garlic

use your favorite veggies change it around and youll never get bored with those long ears.

Try marinating in Italian dressing. Place Rabbit quarters in a Zip Lock bag. Cover liberally with Italian dressing. Allow to marinate overnight in Fridge. Grill over coals. Cook off the the side to avoid rapid or over cooking which will dry meat and toughen. Add hickory chips or Mesquite for smoked flavor.

Famous last words: "Ah Bears are too big and fat to run fast"
