Man,you could make a hookless lure out of that beard..Mine was confirmed a Longnose gar,she was full of eggs too,Barron Moody,came to see it I thought it was a Record spotted gar,Aligator gar have a much wider head sort of like a gators,he even shook my hand as he thought it was a record spotted gar,turned out he shattered my dreams.First he said it was a longnose,and then changed his mind.The fish gained about 2 pounds in water after 4 days in icewater..
