Last Sunday I fished the North Dike with my fly rod and caught 3 Wiper from the shore.
I got them in the late morning.
I used floating line with a 7' leader and white buggers.
Sinking line didn't catch anything as the Wiper were in 3' of water or less.
I don't know if they have all moved out to deeper water yet but you may want to give it a try.
