Okay, I am accepting these nuclear Chernobyl Crappie...what a riot!
So I move over toward TD to show him the big one at that time. While lifting it up he says calmly, I have a fish on......pulls and tugs and there is this NICE 22 or 24 inch thick Wiper. I didn't have the heart to tell him, that was mine but it got
on what lure to take...[laugh][laugh][laugh]

Now those who have actually met Pat realize his hands are the size of 12" fry pans!
I seriously lost count, and I know some of you are thinking I am nuts to return all of them but I really have no idea how to cook them and was unprepared to transport them.
I went with a Type II line and I had about 50' out so I was close to the bottom in the 13' range. Rigged up with salt and pepper. One White crystal bugger #12 and one Midnight fire #12.....well

Both worked...doubles on one rod twice:

Now the one I had in the picture TD took was a mind blower, but I ventured out to the Green marker and something big hit hard...missed, then a few minutes later another bump (not as hard as the first) and this was at the end

Oh, I did hook a few early on a fast sink line and a bead head Prince Nymph

Thanks again Pat...awesome experience and the fish is GONE..ummmmmm
