SFCR ice conditions

I drove out to salmon falls creek to both norton and big sand bay and there was a ton of open water and huge cracks (5ft wide in places) so needless to say i did not venture out. i then drove over to the dam and in the narrow area leading to the dam itself the ice is clear and appears thick but since i was alone i did not dare venture out to fish. I then drove over to ceadar creek res better known as roseworth res and it has much of the same story with its ice conditions
