How do you rig your anchovies?

I hear ya sin best when frozen but I've found if ya lay em out on a rock after there no longer frozen let em bake for couple hours in the sun they actually get pretty hard quite easy to hook. I also tried the whole chovie method in hopes of a big one but only pull up a empty hook.[cool]
