The 4 lber just sucked it in and I never felt the bite. When I reeled up my slack is when I felt it.
The smaller one I actually felt the bite but not the usual heavy thump.
Both took the jig on the first fall. No hesitation on their part.
I also caught a 5 to 6 lb cat on the jig. That was quite a battle. [
