I ordered the carbon fibre oars this morning.
Anyone know why they call it a rack & pinion oar system? There is no rack, and there is no pinion, and the way they work doesn't even resemble a rack & pinion setup (linear gear coupled with a round gear). I guess it is just more Scadden Buzzwordizing?
