Lowrance X67C is probably the best unit on the ice today! You have better pixels for the flasher mode and you can put it in fish finder mode and use it as a portable on your boat. They even make them with GPS so you can mark the exact spot you were fishing last year. You can get a second transducer that fits on your electric trolling motor as well.
