I've been happy with my Marcum VX1. I have fished side by side with a Vexlar FL18 and was really happy with mine. I did a lot of research before I bought mine and decided for my needs I would save the cash and go with the VX1. It is the same price range as a FL8 but has the split screen like the Fl18 or FL20. I have nothing bad at all to say about Vexlar but I have loved my Marcum and there are a lot of people who love them just as much as the Vexlar. My 2 cents.[ Wink
