It needs to be an effort between US and THEM. I agree with both of you. WE cant do it ourselves, and THEY need help. BUT they do need to do more. We were up at rockport and DWR was there checking for certs and was telling me that there was a guy there from the great lakes area that had been in rockport for THREE days before they noticed him or talked to him about cleaning. I dont know how it is in that area, or any states that are infected, if they have to sanitize before they move lakes or if they even worry about it. Thats why it is a good idea that boats are checked at the POE's. Some states do check there.
