Bear Lake Mussel free

It isn't US that worries me it's THEM. Reusing the same form if I comply shouldn't be an issue to me I used it as an example, but maybe it should raise a few eyebrows. These mussels have made it from the Great Lakes, and if Utah was concerned they would check all out of State boats. And yes I live in Utah, that is why I reported a boat from Arz. That was up at Rockport without a letter of self certification in his truck.
