I've caught bass across the country with watermelon and green pumpkin plastics. There are so many variations of conditions that I can't even imagine to name them all but these colors are a good start. Typically dark days and murky water=dark colored baits and just the opposite for clear water where I use smoke/pearl colors. Of course, no 'standard' is going to tell a bass when or what to bite.
