I know that when the water drops at Gem lake and the channel right below the dam gets low, Idaho Falls power teams up with F and G and they stun the fish and then move them to open water. My brother worked there a couple of summers and has a picture of a huge tiger muskie they stunned. They couldn't figure out how it got into the river. Why can't they do this in the dry bed? Wouldn't cost all that much a couple of officers and a stun boat. I know I would gladly volunteer to help out, get a good look at some monsters.
