On our way to PaliSades I stopped at Ririe to check if any ice conditions exisited. To my joy most of Ririe is caped. Some open water is still there. This is not safe ice; a stiff breeze would blow it right off. OK so we all need to think good thoughts and be kind to people. Lets not upset the fishing powers that be or make Jack Frost mad this week!
