I've got the Cabela's line and it works great. I don't have the panning/direction thing, I just got the ice-pod that you put over the hole. You can turn the rubber stop to adjust the camera. Maybe $10 - $15 to get that.
Cameras are cool, but they're more of a novelty in my opinion. If you want to catch fish, use your money on sonar. If you wan't to look at them, get a camera.
Personally, I find that I waste alot of time setting it up, and you can't really fish with them right next to your lure cause fish will wrap your line around the camera cable. The only thing to do there is to try angling the camera downwards and get it at the right angle like fuzzy does, but he makes it look easy - it's not.
