I just read through Pats latest on filleting a wiper, cookin' it & salvaging the rest of the meat. Now, I'm not too computer savvy but I can tell you all it takes quite a bit of work to put together a presentation like this.
I haven't gone back & searched out all the other presentations like this that he has put together but I know there are a lot of them. I've poked around some of the boards from other states & figure the Utah board is the best of all. A lot of that comes from quality posting and quality work by the moderators.
I sure don't want to slight the rest of our Utah Mods 'cause they all do a top notch job but I think the TubeDude does a whopping big service to us all with his wisdom & work and I just want to openly thank the guy. Whaddya say we all give him a thank you note?
