es much and usualy dont catch much. I use downriggers, usualy dragging a dodger/spoon combo 50 to 75 feet behind the ball. We caught most of the fish Sunday on lead-core line with pop-gear dragging a small needlefish spoon. If you are just flatlining try crankbaits, like a shad rap or my favorite the tail dancer from Rapala. Run these at least 100 feet back. I have every piece of fishing gear made and sometimes still can figure out what they want !! The guy I had in my boat 2 weeks ago caught 12 fish on a dardevle with a spinning rod held in his hand !!!
