I've actually done quite well on the reservoir there at Pali
es at night. Fishing right next to the intake area for the dam. The fish love it there because the meals are brought to them, and they get really active at night.
Like Windriver said, you need a good headlamp and lantern for the endeavor, but it can be a blast. I tend to hit it in the fall when the water's a bit lower as well.
