I second that! They grow big and mean (over 300 lbs and 8 to 12 feet long), and with all the carp and whities in Utah Lake, if they did well in the winter I bet they'd also be very prolific. In texas alligator gar have overrun some bass lakes and literally ate all the bass up. I think it would be a good balance in Utah Lake. But there would still be tons of carp.
