LOL. It does get a bit crazy. I bought a fish book once, with all the fresh water manitoba fish in it. Its something like 300 pages of photographs and descriptions, and most of the descriptions contain something like "Fish x is hard to destinguish from fish y, however, they can be told apart by the number of rays in the anal fin. Fish x has 19 rays, fish y has 23." I don't know about you, but I generaly don't count the anal fin rays on my fish....
