Not necissarily. Gotten reports that the fish are boiling all through the morning as well, and some in the afternoon if you can find them.
I know the shad they are chasing are small, so maybe downsize bait a bit. I had a large Wild Eye swimbait on. Couldve probably gotten a few more with a smaller one I think.
