Eating fish from Lake Michigan

As was mentioned, avoid the fatty parts of the fish.

Fish will store these contaminants in 3 main areas. 1. The belly fat and skin (damn, there goes the best part of the fried trout)

2. The fins ( the second best part of a crispy fried trout)

3. The head ( can still be ground up and put into the garden)
