Pole overboard, Willard Bay.

A couple hundred yards north of pole on west dike I dropped my second favorite Walleye rig overboard while trying to help Mike land a Walleye.
About 13-15’ fow.
White Quantum baitcaster with flipping switch.
Attracted to a 6.5’ Trophy rod, with a homemade hammered silver blade/red glass beads crawler harness.
Would love to get it back.

I have my own dive gear. If you can get me close, I can try and find it.

I thought of that several years back , when I  donated two fly rods ,and a cell phone to Strawberry , fishing out of my pontoon boat .   You would think after the first fly  rod I would use a lanyard .   But OH!!! no , I lost  another one . No I still don't use a lanyard , but I am a bit more careful .   

To the OP , I feel your pain ,both those fly rods , and reels were fairly high end . The first  one was my first expensive  ,and favorite fly rod , I had it for a long time ,actually wore the cork handle down so bad from the way I  used to cast a fly rod with my old steel worker hands I had to replace the cork . The second one was actually a more expensive fly rod . They are both ,along with the cell phone are  in Byrant's Fork , as said in Strawberry . Most likely they still are ,unless someone happened to snag them .
