Just took off the cover on GH#3, looks like the kale is ready to pick. 

Your garden is really taking off for sure. Do you use that kale in salads or cook it as is? Does it freeze well for longer keeping? I tried freezing bok choy to use in stir-fries but it just wanted to crumble too much so we just stopped growing it?
